Delivery

Please allow 1-3 working days for items to be despatched. Orders will then be sent via a 24 hour overnight service to destinations on the GB mainland only. If you require further assistance, please contact us using our contact form or e-mail us at info@watsonandpowell.co.uk.

Cancelling or Amending an Order

Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us using our contact form or e-mail us at info@watsonandpowell.co.uk. If your item has not been despatched we will be able to cancel your order and refund you in full without charge. Please note, once orders have been despatched we will not be able to cancel your order.

Returns & Refunds

The normal statutory rights applying to returns and refunds, including a 14 day cooling off period, are not applicable to perishable goods such as cheese. If you are unhappy with any of the goods you have received please inform us by email immediately using our contact form or e-mail us at info@watsonandpowell.co.uk. Do not post any goods back to us.

Damages & Complaints

If your item has been damaged during transit or, if for any reason, you are unhappy with the condition of your goods please contact us using our contact form or e-mail us at info@watsonandpowell.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. To avoid the trouble of returning an item we will ask you to email us a photo of the damage. We will then despatch a replacement or process a refund.
